Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy

1. Scope of Coverage

This warranty applies to all furniture and interior elements produced and exported by Ngoc Hoang Anh Company, including hospitality, residential, office, and custom-built interior pieces.

Coverage includes:

• Structural integrity of frames made from wood, MDF, or metal

• Joinery and assembly defects, reflecting proper craftsmanship

• Surface finishing flaws, such as peeling, bubbling, or uneven coating

• Installation errors, if installation is conducted by our authorized team

These warranties apply only under normal indoor use and compliance with care instructions.

2. Warranty Period

• Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery for all export orders

• Extended warranty may be arranged for hospitality or bulk projects, as agreed in writing

3. Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

• Wear and tear due to improper maintenance or extreme conditions

• Defects caused by third-party installation or handling

• Natural variation in wood grain, color, or texture

4. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, clients should provide:

• Clear photos or videos highlighting the issue

• Order reference and delivery date

• Brief description of defect and usage conditions

Please submit your claim within the warranty period. Ngoc Hoang Anh Company commits to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and propose correction measures promptly.

5. Resolution & Shipping Terms

Possible resolutions include:

• Sending replacement parts

• On-site repair by our team or local partner

• Remote technical guidance for minor issues

• Compensation or credit for future orders in certain cases

For CIF or DAP terms, replacement shipment costs are covered by our company. Under EXW or FOB, shipping fees will be negotiated or borne by the buyer.

6. Quality Assurance Measures

Our factory (1,000-3,000 m², 5 production lines, US$50-100M annual output) allows us to control every stage-from design, R&D, production to finishing and packaging-with strict quality protocols. We guarantee:

• Adherence to approved specifications

• Export-grade packaging (foam, carton, pallets, moisture & damage protection)

• Consistent product quality across bulk shipments

Clients are welcome to arrange pre-shipment inspections or audits.
