At Ngoc Hoang Anh Company, we prioritize transparency and flexibility in every business transaction. As an experienced exporter of interior furniture and fittings, we support various international trade terms and payment methods to ensure convenience and trust for our global clients.

1. Accepted Trade Terms

We offer a full range of internationally recognized Incoterms to suit the needs of our partners worldwide. Available delivery terms include:

  • FOB (Free on Board) - Ho Chi Minh Port

  • CFR (Cost and Freight)

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

  • EXW (Ex Works) - Factory pickup

  • Express Delivery - For urgent sample shipments or lightweight orders

Final delivery terms will be stated clearly in the commercial contract or proforma invoice.

2. Payment Currency

We accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) for all export transactions. All invoices, quotations, and banking documents will reflect this currency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

To accommodate diverse international partners, we support multiple secure payment channels:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - Preferred for most orders

  • L/C (Letter of Credit) - For bulk or long-term agreements

  • MoneyGram / Western Union - For small or sample transactions

  • Credit Card - Accepted through secure invoicing

  • PayPal - For small, urgent, or remote payments (fees apply)

Official banking details will be provided in our signed quotation or invoice.

4. Standard Payment Terms

Payment structure is based on order size and type:

Bulk orders (T/T):

  • 50% deposit upon order confirmation

  • 50% balance before shipment

L/C orders:

  • 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, subject to approval

Sample or small custom orders:

  • 100% advance payment required

Alternate payment schedules may be considered for long-term customers.

5. Port of Shipment

All sea freight shipments will depart from Ho Chi Minh Port, Vietnam’s largest and most accessible international port for container and bulk cargo.

6. Payment Conditions & Late Fees

All payment deadlines must be met to avoid delays. Late payments may result in:

  • Production hold or postponed shipping

  • Storage charges for finished goods

  • Cancellation of order or forfeiture of deposit (in extreme cases)

We encourage prompt communication to resolve any payment concerns.
