Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible international shipping options depending on the destination, order volume, and customer preference:

• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For large orders and bulk furniture shipments

• Air Freight: For urgent or lightweight items

• Courier Services: For small packages, samples, or documents

Shipping terms (Incoterms) will be clearly stated in the contract (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP).

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated lead times vary depending on the order type:

• Standard orders: 30-45 working days from deposit confirmation

• Custom or large-scale projects: 45-60 working days, subject to design approval

• Sample delivery: 7-14 working days via air or express

We provide estimated shipping schedules in writing and notify of any changes due to production or external factors.

3. Packaging Standards

All products are packaged for export with international safety standards to ensure damage-free transit:

• Protective inner wrapping (foam, carton, bubble wrap)

• Outer wooden crates or pallets (heat-treated & fumigated as required)

• Clear labeling: product codes, client details, handling instructions

• Moisture and impact protection for long-distance freight

Special packaging requests can be discussed during the order process.

4. Delivery Responsibilities

Our delivery responsibility depends on the agreed Incoterm:

• FOB: We deliver to the named port in Vietnam; buyer handles shipping

• CIF: We arrange and pay for shipping and insurance to the destination port

• EXW: Buyer picks up goods from our factory

• DAP: We deliver directly to the buyer’s address, excluding customs clearance

All delivery terms will be confirmed in the final invoice or sales contract.

5. Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend full shipping insurance for international orders. Under CIF or DAP terms, Ngoc Hoang Anh Company will arrange insurance on your behalf and provide a certificate of insurance. Under EXW or FOB, insurance is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for on-time delivery, certain factors may be beyond our control, such as:

• Port congestion or strikes

• Extreme weather conditions

• Global logistics disruptions

• Customs or import clearance delays

In such cases, we will inform the buyer immediately and propose alternative solutions when available.

7. Claims for Damage or Loss

If damage or loss occurs during transit, the buyer must:

• Inspect goods upon receipt

• Take photos/videos as evidence

• Report the issue within 5 working days

• Provide relevant documents for claim processing

Ngoc Hoang Anh Company will coordinate with the shipper or insurance provider for resolution if we are the shipping party.
